If you know you won't have enough money to repay your Cash Advance on the scheduled date, visit the Tilt app or contact Support to reschedule. You must do this by 3 PM PT at least 1 business day before your scheduled repayment date.
If Tilt processes a repayment withdrawal and you don't have the funds to cover the full amount, your bank may charge you an overdraft or non-sufficient funds fee. If this happens, contact us at in your app, by phone, or via email at help@tilt.com with evidence of the overdraft fee, and we'll reimburse you.
