To update your mailing or residential address, email us at help@tilt.com with your new address and a document showing your name and new address. You can take a picture and send it as an attachment.
Documents we accept (dated within the last 60 days):
- Paystub
- Utility bill
- Official bank statement
Unexpired documents we accept:
- Driver's License/State ID (no temporary IDs)
- Automobile registration
- Signed lease agreement (make sure the term date is visible)
This process takes up to 3 business days. Send us a clear copy to ensure we can process it quickly.
