I purchased something and have a question about my order—what should I do?

If you have questions about a product you purchased through a Sell Something tilt, we suggest reaching out to the organizer directly.

Need to change your size or shipping address? No problem! The easiest thing to do is message the organizer with your requested change or question. You can reach out to the organizer directly through the tilt page—simply click 'Send a Message' under the organizer’s name.

Tip: Check out the tilt page description or your email receipt for the estimated ship date.
