We know how frustrating this can be! Here are a couple of things to try:
1) A different browser: if you're using Internet Explorer, try Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
2) Log out of Facebook completely on your device. Then login to Facebook again and try connecting through Facebook on Tilt.
3) Close out of your current tab and then reopen a new tab and try again.
Note: If you're setting up your tilt on behalf of a business, brand, or nonprofit, we can link your tilt to that organization's Facebook fan page instead. Just create the tilt using your personal Facebook page and then write us with the tilt link and your preferred Facebook page, and we'll get you set up!
