Can I get a refund?

You can! All you have to do is ask the Tilt campaign organizer. Refunds take ~3-7 business days to reach the original card used in the transaction.

If you need one, you should message the campaign organizer. To do this, visit the Tilt campaign page and select 'Request refund' underneath the organizer's profile photo. The organizer will, however, have a final say on whether or not they can issue you a refund.

Generally speaking, once the money has been paid out to an organizer, there is little Tilt can do to provide refunds. For more information on this, check out our Terms of Service.[1]
