If the card is expired or cancelled, your new card will be credited with the refund. If you don't have a new card, the bank will usually send the refund to your bank account. If neither of these scenarios is possible, our payments processor will alert us so we can write you a check if need be. Please keep an eye on your account and let us know if you don't receive it in 4-5 business days.
