Where do I find my tickets?

If you've purchased a ticket through Tilt, you will be able to access your ticket in three different ways:
 
  1. In-app. To access your ticket(s) in the Tilt mobile app, simply navigate to the event's page. From there, you should see a little ticket icon at the top of the screen. Click the icon to view and manage your ticket(s). Please note that if the event tilt has not yet tilted (minimum number of ticket sales is not yet reached), the ticket(s) will be greyed out and marked as pending since the event has not yet been confirmed.
  2. On web. You can access your ticket(s) on web by navigating to the event's page. Under your profile photo on the left side of the screen, click on My tickets to view and manage your ticket(s). Please note that if the event has not yet tilted (minimum number of ticket sales is not yet reached), the ticket(s) will be greyed out and marked as pending since the event has not yet been confirmed.
  3. Email inbox. Once the event has tilted, your ticket(s) will be automatically sent to your email address associated with your Tilt account.
