Before unlinking an account, update any accounts linked to your subscription, AutoSave, Cash Advance, or Line of Credit to avoid interruptions. If you have an outstanding Cash Advance, we'll need to wait until your repayment processes before you can change accounts.
To link a bank account:
In the Tilt app
- Tap More in the bottom-right corner
- Tap Accounts, then Connected Accounts
- Select Add new account and search for your bank
We use Plaid to connect bank accounts. If your bank isn't available, the list updates regularly so try again later.
Linking tips:
- Make sure your login credentials are correct
- Check that your bank allows connections to external institutions (you may need to contact your bank about security settings)
To unlink a bank account:
In the Tilt app:
- Go to More > Account > Connected accounts
- Swipe left on the account you want to remove
- Tap Delete and confirm
Note: You can't delete accounts linked to AutoSave or your subscription.
