You can transfer money in and out of your Tilt account 2 ways:
1. Transfer from your Tilt app (1-2 business days):
- From the Home tab, tap the transfer button (upper right of the account you want to transfer to/from)
- Enter the amount you want to transfer
- Select your accounts (the To account is pre-populated but you can change it)
- Select Start transfer
2. Transfer from your external bank (3-4 business days):
Use your Tilt account and routing number* or look for Tilt.com in the list of supported banks and log in with your phone number and passcode.
Transfer timing
Internal transfers between Tilt accounts: immediate
External transfers: 3-4 business days, posting at 7 AM PT on the availability date
*Important: Use the routing number from your Tilt app, not nbkc's website. Using the wrong routing number will prevent transfers from going through.
We don't support wire transfers.
