Immediately lock your card if it's been lost or you notice suspicious transactions, and contact Support.
To lock or unlock your card:
- Go to the Home tab and tap the triple-dot menu in the Card section
- Tap the Card icon 💳
- Tap Freeze card to lock your card and Unfreeze card to unlock it 🔓
You can also unlock your card from your app's Accounts tab by tapping Unfreeze under the Card section.
