Your Tilt credit card arrives inactive, meaning you can’t make purchases until you activate it in the app. Keep an eye out for your card in the mail; it arrives in a bright yellow envelope, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. To activate your card:
Open the Tilt app and go to the Credit Card tab.
Tap Activate card and follow the on-screen steps.
Once activation is complete, your card is ready to use.
Your card won't work until it's activated — this is a security feature that protects you from unauthorized use before the card reaches you. If you'd like to start using your card right away, add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay from the Credit Card tab while you wait for the physical card.
