You can close your Line of Credit directly in the app. To close, your balance must be $0 with no pending draws or payments. If you have an outstanding balance, pay it down to $0 first — then you'll be able to close.

To close your account in the app:

  1. Open the Tilt app and tap Thrive.

  2. Tap the menu icon and select Close account.

  3. Review the confirmation and confirm your closure.

What happens after you close:

  • Your Line of Credit account is closed and no new draws can be taken.

  • You keep access to the Tilt app in Restricted Access Mode, where you can view your account history, statements, and tax documents.

  • You can reapply for the Line of Credit in the future if you're eligible.

If you still have an outstanding balance:

Your loan stays open until your balance reaches $0. You can continue making payments through the Thrive section of the app even after initiating closure.
