If your card hasn't arrived yet:

Your Tilt credit card typically arrives within 5–10 business days of approval, in a bright yellow envelope. If it's been longer than 12 business days, you can request a replacement.

If your card arrived damaged:

A damaged card can be reissued with the same card number. You can keep using your current (damaged) card until the new one arrives and you activate it.

How to request a replacement or reissue:

  1. Open the Tilt app and go to the Credit Card tab.

  2. Tap Physical card, then select Replace physical card.

  3. Choose the reason:

    • My card is lost, stolen, or never arrived — a replacement is sent with a new card number; your current card is deactivated immediately.

    • My card is damaged — a reissue is sent with the same card number; keep using your current card until the new one is activated.

  4. Confirm your mailing address and tap Replace card.

  5. Your new card will arrive within 5–10 business days in a bright yellow envelope.

If you've updated your address in the last 30 days, you may need to verify your identity before a replacement can be sent. Follow the in-app prompts or contact us if you get stuck.

If you believe your card was stolen or used fraudulently:

Freeze your card immediately and contact us.
