Your physical debit card is ordered once your account receives its first deposit. In the meantime, your virtual card is ready to use right away with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Setting up direct deposit through the app also gets your card on the way.
Once your card is ordered, it takes 1 business day to print, then ships via USPS. It typically arrives within 7–9 business days after that. "Card on the way" in the app means your card has been ordered — it ships about a day later.
If it's been more than 2 weeks since your card was ordered, contact us to verify your mailing address.
