If you're expecting a referral bonus and haven't seen it land, here's how to figure out what's going on.
Check your transaction history: Open the Tilt app and look for a transaction labeled Tilt Referral. If it's there, your bonus was already deposited.
Check whether it's still processing: If your referral status shows Earned but no deposit has arrived yet, it may still be on its way. Bonuses are deposited within 2 business days of your referral reaching Earned status.
Check whether your referral was captured: Your friend must have downloaded the Tilt app and signed up using your unique referral link. If they signed up another way, the referral won't be linked to you.
Check your subscription status: Both your account and your friend's account need to be active when the bonus is paid out. If either account has an overdue subscription or was canceled, the bonus won't be issued.
